 Wednesday, September 22, 2010 10:00 AM Birds and Butterflies Add a taste of nature to your cakes. The first recipe is a beautiful fondant cake with 3d butterflies and both silk and fondant flowers. Then we've invited expert decorator and teacher, Sandy Folsom to demonstrate flowers. Today is the rosebud and half rose. Our final cake features a hummingbird hovering on top tasting the nectar of some beautiful icing flowers.

Then Sandy Folsom is back with the next of her fabulous flowers. We're moving on from rosebuds to blooming roses, perhaps one of the most popular decorating flowers. Then we take a departure from traditional cakes for a savory main dish cheesecake featuring chicken, rice, soy and wasabi for a taste of Asia.
