Saturday, September 11, 2010 11:00 AM Simply Asian One of the hallmarks of Asian designs is simplicity. That describes our first cake featuring cherry blossoms, a symbol of Japanese design. Then Sandy Folsom is back with the next of her fabulous flowers. We're moving on from rosebuds to blooming roses, perhaps one of the most popular decorating flowers. Then we take a departure from traditional cakes for a savory main dish cheesecake featuring chicken, rice, soy and wasabi for a taste of Asia.
Saturday, September 18, 2010 11:00 AM Chocolate and More Chocolate Pink and brown is one of the newest color stories, so we've incorporated colored fondant on a fabulous tiered cake as our first design. Then it's decorating tips with our guest Sandy Folsom. We have a garden of flowers to share and today is the wild rose. Then it's a favorite cake which combines easy decorating with great ingredients starting with chocolate plus fresh raspberries.
Saturday, September 25, 2010 11:00 AM A Slice of Americana Take the time to celebrate pride in your country with wonderful cakes, and cookies. We start out with a true slice of Americana and a patriotic cake featuring the Statue of Liberty. Then it's time to plant another flower in our decorating garden with Sandy Folsom and drop flowers. Next it's a giant flag cookie decorated with fondant and gel for an easy portable treat. Finally, its red, white and blue, peppermint and cinnamon bark for a patriotic color scheme with complimentary tastes.

We've combined chocolate and strawberries all in one cake, who could resist? Then it's time for decorating tips with Sandy Folsom; daisies are a favorite casual flower for a delicate and innocent look. Then it's another decadent dessert: tiramisu charlotte; it's quick and easy but guaranteed to have great reviews.
