Binky Rules/Meet Binky
Writing your own name in graffiti all over the school wouldn't be very smart, right? Binky says he didn't do it, so detectives Fern and Buster are on the case. Can they work together to solve the crime or will their client be sent up the river? In the second story, Arthur and the gang have Binky hats, Binky t-shirts and Binky CDs, but what they really need are Binky concert tickets!

Is she an invisible spy from an alien nation? Or just a regular girl named Sue Ellen? "The Perfect Brother" It's great having a friend spend the weekend, isn't it? Arthur's class is chosen to stage a musical tribute for its city's centennial celebration. But soon the rehearsals become a drama of missed cues, inflated egos, and alien invasions. And that's behind the curtain! In front, seated in the audience, viewers will glimpse returning animated guest stars-including Art Garfunkel, Fred Rogers, and Michelle Kwan-all invited by Muffy to the show. And if that weren't enough, CNN's Larry King gets into the action by becoming the first live action guest star to appear with the animated ARTHUR cast, as he interviews them during the show's intermission.

This unexpected event finds the children dealing with a wide range of emotional reactions: Sue Ellen is devastated when her diary is ruined. Binky sees the frightening flames up close but tries to act cool. Mr. Read escapes a school catering job unhurt - but now Arthur is constantly worried about his dad's safety. And Buster feels totally left out because he overslept and completely missed the disaster! As Arthur and his friends struggle with their feelings about the fire, they wonder if life will ever return to normal. But with the support of parents, teachers, and community members, they discover that by reaching out and working together, they can help each other through the most difficult of times.

When Muffy sees Ganson' s machines, she brags that she can make even better ones ... until the artist himself shows her that art is beautiful when created out of self-expression, not competition. Tales from the Crib - Vicita is upset at having to trade in her cherished crib for a big-girl bed, so D.W. shares her story of that same rite of passage. D.W. was also reluctant to make the transition to a bed without bars, but then discovered the joys -- and responsibilities -- of her new-found freedom.

The Law of the Jungle Gym - Muffy found the perfect place to take pictures with her new digital camera - the jungle gym. Unfortunately, it's Tough Customer territory, and Molly wants to bully Muffy right out of her new studio. But Crosswires do not compromise! Or. do they?
